Le Petit Paris Party

It's only fitting to have a 'Paris' themed party once in your life when your name is Paris!
And these days with the city of Paris being such a 'trend', it's easy to find things to decorate!
Eiffel tower cookies, french berry lemonade, macaroons and a french cheese platter among other things helped to bring a little slice of France to Melbourne.
Très Chic!

Passport To Paradise

Fiji is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth for a lot more reasons other than the stunning
scenery, turquoise waters teaming with tropical fish, palm trees and majestic sunsets.
Fiji is home to some of the most special, gentle, loving and cultured people who stole my heart.

My holiday was unintentionally balanced with the perfect ratio of activity to relaxation.
Days were filled with bike rides, swimming, banana boating, paddle boarding, sun baking, cocktail drinking and meeting some wonderful people who taught me so much.

I was lucky enough to experience a Kava Ceremony.  Fijians perform these everyday and it is such an important aspect of their culture.  Even the first civil coup in 1987 was settled around a Kava bowl...incredible.

We visited a local village where the kinder kids sang to us the cutest songs at the very top of their lungs.     We gave them books and pencils in exchange for hugs and the most endearing smiles.

Coconuts are aplenty and were enjoyed by my little munchkin who had Fijians captivated when speaking the Fijian words she learned!

I truly felt like I was on 'Fiji time' on my holiday...Fijians believe there is only day and night and no need for clocks making time virtually obsolete.  Such a contrast to the busy life I live here in Melbourne.
They enjoy each moment, appreciate the simple things and acknowledge everyone in their path making everyone feel as though they are family... I must have said "bula" a thousand times a day to each passing person!

I believe the whole world can learn a thing or two from Fiji and should take a palm leaf out of the Fiji book!

Red Love

I've always wanted to wear matching red coats with my daughter... long before I was even pregnant!
Tick!
Walking the streets of Hawthorn with my girl on a cold Melbourne winter's day.
In love.

Le Faire Affair

It's not easy having unruly curls!
Luckily my Goldilocks has an array of pretty little lovelies to help tame her mane.
Our absolute favourite place for girly hair accessories is undoubtedly Le Faire.  Bows, pearls, diamontes, lace and flowers are among the many gorgeous designs.
I especially love the vintage flare of Le Faire making the pieces chic and timeless.
This is just a snippet of what they offer... The range include accessories, dresses and pettiskirts, shoes and socks, clothing and gifts.

Visit them online or at their brand new gorgeous store:

Ever Eclectic

I like what I like... Even if it doesn't match (technically).
Luckily there is a term for my style... "Eclectic".
Around my house are items and styling deriving from differernt inspirations and looks.
From a regal baroque mirror adjacent to an industrial bookshelf, to miss-match prints in my lounge, rustic woods, a french louis chair, balinese buddas and religious icon plaques.
Somehow they work together in perfect unison making my house, my home (even if others don't agree).
There are so many amazing different trends out there and I absolutely could not pick one.  So below you see a mixture styles fused together under one roof.
